Spurs coulda had this game, but except for Tim, everybody was sleepwalking, disinterested.
The Suns took it to them, and Spurs rolled over.
Yes, yes, I'll be the 1st to say that Pop sucked big time tonight
But I agree with him when he said that not everybody was commited

Finley and Horry seemed committed to me.
Yep Spurs just weren't in this game but jesus "four down" "four down" is all pop can come up with.
Tonight was like watching the Spurs of 6 years ago. Throw the ball into Tim and watch him play. Everyone else just stood there and did nothing in the 2nd half.
the spurs got too happy with taking game 1
did tim come up during the press conference yet?
I remember what Kori said (wrote) the other day: Spurs will win the 1st game, lose the 2nd because they become uninterested, but then will win the 3rd, 4th, and 5th. So 4-1 for the Spurs in the end.
The Spurs actually came out looking good and i thought they would take this game but then they couldn't in hit the side of the alamodome.
Can he please pull a D'Antoni and blame it on the refs, just once
We've already gotten the most retribution ever against a ref, we shouldn't push our luck.
Doesn't matter if he does or not. The media will spin that way because everybody knows that the Spurs whine the most out of any team in the 3 major sports in America.
It would have been asinine to complain about officiating tonight. Officials didn't hurt the Spurs; the Spurs' effort and, more specifically, their failure to match the Suns' effort hurt the Spurs tonight.
Credit the Suns -- take your shots at the Spurs. Each is a correct assessment of the game tonight, I think.
suns will get to confident in game 3 now and lose
It didn't hurt the Suns in game one either, but he still did it
duncan says homecourt doesn't mean anything, you have to protect what you have and the suns know how to win on the road. he says spurs need to match suns energy and look at film, get some rest, and get ready for saturday
Well, it didn't seem to make any difference tonight.
Pop has enough troubles of his own making to worry about; trying to put any blame on officials would just make him a laughing stock.
Matt Bonner must play ESPECIALLY AGAINST boris Diaw
I don't know if Pop earned the right to call out his players in the media after being so completely out-coached tonite.
Everyone needs to step it up in game 3, including old zit-face himself.
Come on, Pop, play jazz!
well apparently tony bruised his elbow on the barbosa hit in the 1st qtr.
said it affected his shot
and that they need to find a way to get manu going
I predicted that too!!
See how great minds work!
Phoenix did a good job on Tony early in the game and he never got going. He had more turnovers than assists. He was struggling before that.
I know I will be blasted but I have never liked how Tony says negative things about his teammates to the press after losses, especially when he himself played very poorly.
