I'm all for allowing teams to 'play' the game but at some point TD has got to get a call. KT is allowed to keep his body on DUncan even when he shoots. When TD goes up KT is riding him. That's a foul. TD can't even turn without KT moving along side of him while keeping his body on him. An offensive player should at least be able to bribble side to side without being ridden all the way across the floor.

When the body contact has been in place all the time, normally initiated by the offensive player, the refs are not gonna call foul on the defender unless he is clearly leaning in or reaching in to impede the offensive player. Kurt is mostly clean on that. On the other hand, Amare clearly got tricked into improper body reactions that cause the refs call foul on him, justifiablly so. That's just the nature of it. He is the Bowen of lowpost defender.

At some point an offensive player should be able to lift off his feet without someone leaning on him. If a perimimeter player rises to take a jump shot the defender is not allowed to jump into/ or ride his body all the way up. Anyway, it was an overall ass kicking last night but at some point TD should be allowed to at least get a shot off without someone riding him.
