pop up windows

i've suddenly got pop up windows and virues out the yin yang even though i have spybot and adaware and a virus protection service. What can I do?

Use the latest version of Norton. Also surf with Mozilla Firefox instead of Internet Explorer. And stop searching for free porn.

I know that IE now has a popup blocker. It blocks everthing you want it to block.

ie 6.0 does not have a popupblocker unless you do service pack 2

their popuobloker sucks though
google's is much better


but if you got a mac you do not worry about popups!

I have spybot and adaware. had Norton Antivirus too, but when the subscription ran out my computer went popup crazy. guess i'll look up firefox. thanks for the advice.
