Or Black Shirts for everyone to wear during the game like other teams in the playoffs? We should have a black out or given freakin Black towels to waive in the air as we get loud as !!!! Similar to Golden State's atmosphere and what we saw at the Utah game tonight. Man that would be so cool! Are the Spurs too cheap or what?

I wish the organization was that creative. Anyhow, I'm still going to have fun when I go on Saturday.

What are you talking about I've been to games where they give black towels and silver towels(and silver pom-poms). The shirts would be tough how many mediums as opposed to X-L. We the fans should get organized and spread the message if we want a black out.

If he'd cut back on grandpas cough syrup, maybe it could fit into the budget.

The with the pom poms, I would want the towels or the shirts. Who should we attempt to e-mail or address this idea to? Who in the Spurs organization to be exact? Dammit, I would love to see this!

Like I said, in the past they have given out black towels other occasions they have given out silver towels. Spurs logo on one side sponsor on the other. We don't have to contact anybody on the Spurs. We could just e-mail, or call the local media, whatever and request that they spread the word. But if you want somebody with the team just ask Kori. I believe she's fairly involved with this forum since she runs it.

We have to ask the fans to participate in this.
Someone e-mail to WOAI or KSAT or whatever and encourge fans to support their
    team by sporting all black.
Although the idea sounds cool, it would also look like we're going to a funeral.
But what would we call it??
    the dark zone?
    "darkness m*thaf*cka, black magic!!!!"

The Spurs shouldn't have to pay for it at all. Put a sponsor on the back and there you go. 20,000 t-shirts.

In honor of our friend up in Dallas, we could call the it "Mud Pit".
Kinda goes w/ the whole slowing down opponents' offense too.

There you go. The Jazz had something like that today. It was sponsored by Zion bank or something like that.

I must admit I have a softness for that color. It is my Alma Mater color, after all, we called it Columbia Blue though.

Umm, a bunch of teams in the league already have done that, and college teams have done it for some time...

Why doesn't everyone just wear a black shirt on their own? I'm pretty sure everyone has one! It'd be easy to do except for the fans that aren't there to SEE the game, but to be "seen"

    GO SPURS GO

As Timvp is quick to do his required Peter Holt ripping its a standard practice in sports.

You need a sponsor for it.

UTAH had Zion Bank buy all the shirts.

    The Warriors had someone.

The Heat had American Airlines I believe.

Find a sponsor in SA and you could do a blackout.

Then you get into needing a million different sizes each so that they fit.

It would be nice seeing a wall (or sea) of black. But wouldn't the Spurs be wearing white jerseys during home games?
