I had to tune in the game to see the big guy back in a purple and gold jersey...Has it really been 14 years since Jerry West found the 7’ 1” Gentle Giant? Vlade seemed to usher in the NBA’s rush to find the next Euro Star...
I must admit seeing Vlade not wearing a Kings Jersey and passing to Peja was a little strange...But he still has some game left....
Oh sure Vlade may have lost a step and he may turn the ball over now & then... But the Big Man sure can flop!
I laid on my back and watched the game upside down for a while to see things from his perspective...
He will improve the Lakers but they are still 5-7 in West. Although, if the ball never goes through him, i.e. Kobe hard to see major impact.
Still top 10 defensive center probably though. Agree that he is the FLOPPER -he should do matress commercials as much time he spends on back.
