Just watching Sportscenter?
That was so nasty you already have to talk about where it ranks on the all-time list
Considering it was on a really good shot blocker, that's an all-timer.
That dunk was close or better than KJs.
I like AK, but he's a far ing cry from Hakeem, y0.
I say Top 10 for sure...
Top 5 anybody?
how is this spurs related sequspur![]()

KJ is 6' 0" on Hakeem, the #1 shotblocker in his prime in game seven of the Semifinals.
Davis is 6' 5" on Kirilenko, a 6-9, but skinny beanpole who needs positioning to block shots since his strength can stop someone's momentum in the air in game three of the Semifinals.
It was a great dunk, but better than KJ baseline on Hakeem? 6-footer against near 7-footer? In a Game 7? Very tough to say...
I definately reacted in a similar fashion to the KJ dunk, however.
where is the you tube video
then send it to manu
hypocrite posting in the wrong forum forum.
Is the button for the NBA forum too high up on the screen for you to reach?
baron davis is 6'1" in heels -- where the heck do you get 6'5"? kirilenko might only be 6'9" but he has the wingspan of a 7 footer.
Probably closer to an 8 footer...... lol
OK, going on listed height, KJ was 6-0, BD 6-3. Not knowing his height off the top of my head, but knowing he's a bigger PG similar to Kidd, I said 6-5.
Oops
If BD is listed as 6-3, but, in your claim, isn't but 6-0/6-1, then I guess KJ, using similar logic, wasn't but 5-9/5-10.
There's still appoximately three inches difference twixt KJ/BD and another two twixt Hakeem/Kirilenko.
Ak is pretty weak, so contact with the offensive player isn't going to do much, unlike Hakeem who tended to stop momentum upon contact, and while Kirilenko is a of an athlete with one of a wingspan, I'm fairely certain Hakeem was an equal athlete and probably had his own rather impressive wingspan as well.
I remember in the 94 playoffs, as someone lay injured on one end, Hakeem stood under the opposite basket, arms stretched over his head, hanging onto the net. His arms had plenty of slack, so he wasn't fully stretched and probably had a 9-1/2 standing reach. A minimum of 9-2-to-3.
Hakeem was a beast and the best shotblocker I've ever seen, maybe the best ever, though that's debateable.
Kirilenko is very good, but he doesn't intimidate the way Hakeem did.
