One, just ONE person in the media who actually has a brain and puts the blame for this whole thing right squarely where it belongs - On Stoudemire and Diaw - let me know. I'm disgusted at everything related to the media.

TNT sportscenter was unanimous right after it happened that they screwed up, knew the rule (even though it was stupid), broke the rule, and would be sispended.

Yeah. EJ, and Kenny were both saying they should have stayed on the bench.
You won't hear anyone blame those two, because they are men, and they did what a man should do...blah blah blah...notice it was the two dumbass starters that left the bench.

Oh well Game 5 tonight...we need a win!
    Go Spurs

Where was Dirk's ceremony held at? I heard Cuban was crying for his little German loverboy.

I think it's a sad day for sports journalism when the standard bearers of objectivity are Charles Barkley and Kenny Smith.

Say what you will, Barkley and Kenny get it because they have been there. The rest of the whiney media prolly haven't played ball since middle school, if even then.

This brings up another point, I wonder what other players think about this?

To me Shaq had the best take of anyone. All he said was, "It's the law, and a law's a law. Life's not fair, you can't even take toothpaste on an airplane anymore"

The blame should be on the Spurs. There is no question about it. The Spurs have received ridiculously favorable treatment for the entire series. They are close to becoming the team that I like the least in the entire league now.

I think this all started when Amare labeled the Spurs as dirty. He should have kept his trap shut and this might have been a different series.

The Spurs should be blamed for Amare and Boris' knowingly leaving the bench area. Does Nike do any drug testing up there?

How is that? They got jobbed by the refs in game 4, had to put up with all of the Suns ing, and now get their forward suspended for 2 games for a foul that should warrant nothing more than a fine or 1 game suspension. If Stoudemire and Diaw had kept their asses on the bench, no one would have been suspended. Look at Richardson and Davis if you want precedent for this season. Horry was suspended because the league didn't want to just suspend the Suns players for their stupidity and decided to take Horry along with them. With all of the precedents set this playoffs, Horry's foul doesn't warrant a suspension.

    Let's see...

    1) Bowen intentionally kicked Amare
    2) Parker split open Nash's nose
    3) Bowen kneed Nash in the nuts
    4) Duncan left the bench during the Elson/Jones altercation
    5) Horry body-checked Nash into the boards

After all this, the Suns have two of their best players suspended. Makes a lot of sense...

    Let's see...

    1) Bowen stepped on the back of Amare's foot, not kicked his leg
    2) Parker and Nash's heads accidentally collided
    3) Bowen kneed Nash in the nuts (cant deny that one)
    4) Duncan left the bench during the Elson/Jones non-altercation which doesn't justify a suspension
    5) Horry body-checked Nash into the boards with Amare and Diaw willingly leaving the bench when they shoud've stayed put.

The NBA put itself in a position where it had to suspend those players based on the rules they ins uted. Amare and Diaw don't run to the altercation and nothing happens. Clearly everything is the Spurs fault.
