The only reason they were better in game 5 is because San Antonio wasn't sure how to defend them. Defense will always beat offense, that is the simple fact that eludes the media and the rest of the nation.

It's interesting to also note that Phoenix was much more compe ive in Game 5 when Stoudemire was a couch potato. True, the Suns didn't score as many points sans Stoudemire, but their offense had better spacing so that Duncan couldn't linger in the paint waiting to eat erstwhile layups
