Ok im a huge spur fan, long time reader of ST and will be attending the game tomorrow. Anyways, if your gonna go to the game tomorrow get off your lazy asses and cheer. I mean it's embarrising, i went to game 5 against denver and people didnt start showing up until the second quarter. In the first half of last nights game the crowd was ing terrible. Please yall if your going to the game tomorrow arrive on time and be extra loud/crazy.

Not as embarrassing as the fans Game 4 performance where tons were seen leaving with SA down only 6 with the ball and with only 7 seconds to go.

the problem is that we have alot of these so so fans going to the game because they have corporate owned seats and could really care less. most of the die-hard fans don't even get to go to games anymore like they could at the alomodome

I have plenty of takes but you simply don't like them, which is cool. Your fans did leave with the game very much still winnable at home no less. I know it's embarrassing, but don't be upset with me for that.
I'm curious as to why you would think I'd be embarassed? Because fans leave games early? Why would you think that calling out something that's done by a bunch of strangers 300 miles away from me, which is the exact same thing all people do at every sporting event, would bother me? Because my team beat yours in the playoffs last year and you are still unhappy about it? Because your team can't even make the playoffs this year after they looked like they were improving? Because you ran the coach out the door that was apparently the only thing keeping the team together? You got a lot more to worry about than whether or not I'm embarassed about the fans at a basketball game, that is if you are an actual basketball fan. Since you just say antagonistic that you can't back up just to be a I doubt you actually follow basketball any further than you can to try to just be a pain in the ass. You aren't terribly good at it.
i wish we could somehow get everyone to participate in blacking out the att center..it would be so neat and intimidating. Come on people gets some ing spirit and wear your black!
I was at the game last night and the crowd was pretty weak in the 1st half.
Though I will say it was pretty damn loud during the big run in the 3rd quarter.

Its "Mormon". And i don't know where you were sitting but everyone was present, accounted for and loud at least 20 minutes before they threw it up where we sit (every game).

So you just noticed this?... Our fans have always been like that, and ever since we've had a chance to see those rabid warrior fans, people have started to notice just how lame our fans are.
Warrior fans weren't that rabid during the beat down in Game 4....they are bandwagon es....
They only come out when they are winning, I got 2nd row seats for $85 a piece during the last jazz game of the regular season.....Its not the loudest arena is the NBA...not even close
The rabid Warrior fans were only there for the first few home playoff games until they were priced out by the team's managment, who raised ticket prices to $250 in the lower bowl. Once that happened, the Warriors lost the significant crowd advantage they had.
This conversation is getting so old. People need to stop giving a about what other people do or don't do and just take care of themselves. Where I sit, I'm surrounded by older folks who don't really have the energy to jump up and down and scream the entire game. I don't get pissed off at them and it doesn't keep me from screaming and cheering the way I want to. Live and let live.
