First it's the Horry-Nash debacle, now it's Lebron supposedly choking against Detroit.

I'm not a big fan of Lebron (though I do respect him), but I saw the game, and Detroit had their defense set against him from the start (throwing 3 guys at him whenever they could). And his pass to Marshall in the end was justified (Donyell was wide open for the 3 and bricked it).

Sorry for posting this here, but the media's nitpicking is maddening.

    Agreed.

The entire TNT post-game they were ing that Lebron didn't try to take that layup over 3 defenders. Had he missed it, they would've ripped him for 'ignoring a wide-open Marshall'. And if Marshall were able to hit a wide-open shot, then suddenly Lebron would be the greatest thing since sliced bread.

This is why I've stopped caring about media input. It's nice to root for a team that only cares about the scoreboard.

I agree with you. Lebron is not my favorite, but he's too good to be pulling off all this passive-aggressive crap he's accused of.

Superstars can't win. Comes with the territory.

Kobe's been riding that line ever since Shaq left.
