The only reason people are still talking about the Suns suspensions is because the Mavs aren't playing.
The whole "controversy" would have lasted exactly one day, and I believe the consensus would have been: Rules are rules!
Why? Because the Spurs vs Mavs was the expected matchup. Everyone expected the Suns to lose to the Spurs.... until the Mavs choked.
Then suddenly, Suns vs Spurs became the WCF, no, the 2007 Finals, and nothing else mattered.
Funny how that works out...
