Hope ya still under under warranty, or they might make you pay like $130-$150.
You can always fix it yourself with the X-clamp replacement fix.

Something about melting the solder on some chips on your motherboard. The Towel trick though usually works for only a short period of time (hours to a few weeks).
I've good things about the new Black 360. There hasn't been as many 3 red light problems compared to the original box.
Unless you're being sarcastic but getting a PS3 right now is a bad idea unless you got some games you wanna play on it. The 360 right now is far superior in the games available.
Not only that, but ps3 has had waaaaaayyyy more than their share of problems. But as of right now the 360 is better than the rest. But I love and play with my Wii way more than I do my 360.
Got a 360 with my birthday(the black one.) It's been working flawlessly. I'm satisfied with my choice looking at the dreadfully weak lineup the PS3 currently has. Final Fantasy 13 looking gay and MGS4 looking overly complicated wasn't enough to entice me over Gears of War/Xboxlivearcade arcade games/Dead Rising
