Al Sharpton?
Who said it?
"There is nothing more painful to me at this stage in my life than to walk down the street and hear footsteps and start thinking about robbery -- then look around and see somebody white and feel relieved."
Al Sharpton?
Jesseaux Jacqueson?
Yep.
Does that make him a racist?
It makes him a great distraction from actual issues.
Jesse Jackson is a fluke demagogue.
Except when he's race-baiting at the least provocation. Then the whole world listens to him and Al Sharpton, et. al.
When they're being politically incorrect, they're marginalized by the Left. When they're race-baiting, they're being lionized.
The Libs need to make up their minds on these bozos and stick with it.
Or ironical, maybe?
Who is this "whole world" you speak of?
Well, he and Sharpton were able to rally Durham behind a lying black stripper to attempt to destroy the lives of the UNC LaCrosse team.
They can get all the major networks to air their bloviations with a phone call.
That's who.
So "whole world" = Durham, NC and the produciton staff of Tucker
Last I heard, it was the Duke lacrosse team.
AL Sharpton and jesse Jackson aren't effective anymore.
Sincerely,
Don Imus
