How do Pop and Carlesimo (sp?) divide coaching responsibilities?

PJ, Bud, Newman, etc assist.
Do you know specifics of what they assist with and how they divide up the assistance?
From what I recall, PJ and the assistants usually do a preliminary break down of the teams the Spurs will possibly play in the next round while the Spurs are in a series. Other than that, I guess he and the other assistants just reinforce the ideas that Pop has set forth, and help to make sure everything is done correctly.
PJ is more of a defensive minded coach, he always wants to play more zone.
Pop will have none of that.
But yeah, the assistants do more of the scouting of next game/round opponents.

It was a joke.....the same players play offense and defense...unlike football.
