I need a new webpage designer

I know a few of you here do this type of work. There was a member here who set up my place of business a year or so ago maybe two years ago but she doesn't do web design work anymore. So I need a fresh face.

This will be for a personal business of mine I'm starting up. Hit me up if you are interested in some work and want to discuss what I'm trying to do and you can put a bid on it. I'm looking to start something within 30 or so days.

The initial idea is to have this vbulletin based for a number of reasons but I'm open to a straight up custom design.

vBulletin is very easy to do on your own.

Not what I want to do. It'll be some custom work involved on top of the basic platform. I'm not making a forum which would be easy. Plus I'd rather pay someone to do the work since I don't know about making interweb things go.

This whole thing doesn't need to be on vbulletin anyway.
