He was still pissed about the Memorial Day Miracle and it just took a while for him to let it go. He knows a great team when he sees one, he was just bitter and now he has to admit it.

For years, Greg Anthony couldn't say a nice thing about the Spurs unless he was backed into a corner...probably because of his '99 experience.
This year, he can't stop saying anything nice.
So what happened?

I agree. I think AJ getting embarassed twice as a coach has helped to soften his anger, too.
maybe they canned him for saying something Good about the Spurs.
Maybe he stopped talking during the games and started actually watching the Spurs play. Anyone who has played organized basketball should appreciate what they see.
Where is tim "pluck my eyebrows" legler? he disappeared right after the suns of es lost to the Spurs.
