Gregg taught Mike everything he knows, but not everything that Pop knows.

Pop was vindicated this season with his new and improved center(s).

.......edit: Oh yeah, and Nazr Mohammed in game 6 of the 2007 ECF.

    Manu changed the equation.

    Manu changed the equation.
Manu cancelled himself out, by bringing us back from a 20 point deficit thanks to match-up problems and a stymied Pop.

    Our guys were hobbled.

We were one dumb foul by an exhausted Ginobili from advancing past te Mavs last year.

Avery did not "out coach" Pop. He played his up-tempo game and got the Mavs to believe in D.

Duncan had the foot issue and Manu was hobbled and tired, too.

If those two were 85% instead of like 70%, the Spurs win in 5.

Dallas was so good they got beat at their own game this year.

I don't think the Spurs were old or slow or outdated last year.

They were not close to 100%.
