I can recommend an awesome place in San Marcos, but you probably don't want to drive that far for a tat.

Prick Tattoos on starcrest(across from Blossom Atheletic Center) they specialize in cover ups and custom tats...They redid my tats, the price was fair and the place is VERY CLEAN. The downside is they only go by appts, but that means dedicated time to you.

Just hook Mouse up with some Rolling Rock's, Doritos, and some DVD's and he will hook you up with a tat.
