Prices have to drop. People are crazy asking $5000 for seats on row 25! I saw a single seat today on the lower level for $140. I think it was on there.
Just FYI ... The same seats that were over $250 on Friday are down to $135+.

I saw some crazy prices on eBay...
stubhub had lower level tickets for 7400 each...hahah
i cant imagine, even if i was ridiculously rich, paying that much for a basketball game.
now I understand why it doesnt sell out. ing bull prices for a halfdecent seat.
those are prices for resellers trying to rip you off to make a buck, not from the Spurs themselves.
if Spurs are letting resellers do this, it's on the Spurs
I've gone to 2 games this postseason which is pretty much my quota, now the HD big screen is going to be my ticket... besides, the Spurs should clean this up in 5. Should.
The Spurs don't have any control over who wants to resell their tickets on Stubhub, TicketsNow, or whoever, and they don't care how much they sell it for. The Spurs get their money from the original sell, and after that they don't care. It's called a free market system... utilizing the economic factors of supply and demand.
ticket snow... they have a web site for ticket snow?
The ticket exchange is set up BY the Spurs for this very reason. They do not just condone it- they facilitate it.
So anyone know if ticketmaster is going to release any more tickets??
They generally get a few back but will not announce when they will release them. Some here have had success on gameday, even the last time the Finals rolled around.
they are now down to $103+ for game 1 tickets, with several available for $110 and under.
Anyword for the price for Cavs tickets? I'm from TN and Cleveland is a lot closer. I'm going to try to go there. Thanks.
It's funny how you can buy a ticket at the box office, turn around and try to sell it at three times face value, and get arrested for scalping.
Do the same thing online and you're StubHub.
QFT...ive never understood this.
Or the Spurs themselves. Perfectly legal to sell your season ticket for the game online for a price of your choosing at spurs.com - and the Spurs will be happy to take a healthy portion, earning money on a ticket they already sold.
not only will ticket prices go down, but overall ratings as well......
if spurs win : biggest bore and loss of ratings, advertisers will run away
if cavs win : everyone wins, ratings soar, and league is grand again
so....spurs fans....don't you want to work for the overall good, do a great service for the league, and just lose all these games?
Sorry, Mavs have already been there, done that. Twice.
That's for 18 seats....but still....![]()
You've got it all wrong... the NBA has to establish a Rivalry first.
The Spurs beat the Cavs in 2007. Cavs aquire some more talent, and beat the Spurs in 2008.
That's how you market it.
$3,921.66 per ticket.
Wonder where he got the price from?
Yes, thats almost $4,000 per seat
