    I would be skeptical if he gives you a Korean nickname that's supposed to be some "endearing name".

    Get it cross checked for "asterick" with a Korean/English dictionary.

    i doubt the "asterick" hysteria has reached korea..but you can never be too sure.

    Beware the kimchee, and the Korean cuisine in general. Apparently the only es they have up there are garlic, red peppers, and soy sauce. If you have a Korean feast, you will smell like garlic for 24 hours, minimum!
