hockey has died. someone needs to host a funeral

I hope whoever wins this series doesn't resort to the utter they are currently playing for victory music in Anaheim tonight. Every song has something to do with being the best of course. Here is the line-up
Van Halen
Tina Turner
Boston (half song)
Van Halen again (Standing on Top of the World)
The Police (why a love song goes confuses everyone)
Van Hagar once again
I hope The AT&T Center or The Q don't resort to playing cliche, god awful during the trophy ceremony.
No wonder nobody watches hockey. Their soundtrack is from the last time the NHL was relevant

Seriously they did a 1.1 national rating for their last game. NHL finals did a 1.1 rating that is a joke. Every cent they make now is basically coming the way of attendance, which thank god for them is still very good. They are making next to nothing on any tv deals anymore. If the attendance drops the league would probably fold.
Hockey died when Patrick Roy left Montreal for Colorado.![]()
Actually is started to die a little when Super Mario retired the first time.
What happens when players strike and no one cares?
then you know a league is truly dead.

The Stanley Cup playoffs were on tonight?
(this is Sarcasm)
What do you mean no one cares about hockey? I'm so grateful we have hockey. I didn't know what to do when they had the lockout. Thank the lord I have lacrosse to look forward to.
What....no Queen "We Are The Champions"?
you gotta have that song at the end![]()
Why the is that POS sport on NBC? It should be on ABC while the NBA is back on NBC. Que the mother ing Tesh.
