Forward Lamar Odom handed in a poor offensive effort in Wednesday's loss to the Bulls, scoring just seven points on only six shot attempts. "It's my job to take some pressure off [Kobe Bryant] as far as making plays," he told the Los Angeles Times. "I wasn't able to do that tonight. That won't cut it. I've got to find a way to become a little more assertive." Odom did record 11 rebounds.

Odom hasn't been nearly as productive on the offensive end as he was a year ago in Miami. His scoring average (13.9) is down more than three points per game and he's attempting almost four fewer shots each night. He has yet to establish himself as the Lakers' secondary weapon and until he does so, fantasy owners will be disappointed.
