A 2-0 lead is safe with the Spurs
Weeeeelllllllllllll, generally I'd agree. But in 2005, we promptly dropped the next 2, eeked out the 5th game on a prayer, lost game 6 and then pulled it out in 7. Games 5 and 7 could have gone the other way.
Also, in 2004, we went up 2 on the Lakers and then that shot in game 5 and we didn't recover.
But this series? I think we've got it. I think Cleveland takes a close game 5 and the Spurs pull it out in game 4 and step on their throat in game 5 for the championship.
Cavs are probably one of the worst finals guest of all time or Spurs are just that good, this team might be better then all other Spurs champ teams.(just dont let barry blow a lead again ...or maybe blowing that lead was a good thing going into cleveland?)

Well, it may be heard of this year.
Bit early to say for sure, but feel like if the Spurs take #3, this thing is over Thursday night.
I just don't see the Spur playing mister nice guy, and letting them have 1 for old times sake or whatever.
I've felt that since the All Star break, the Spurs have been on a mission to capture that trophy that they let slip through their fingers last year. And now that they smell blood, I don't see them slowing down at all...No mail in games this year.
Tell that to Shaq and Penny in 95...
The cavs don't deserve to be in the finals. Probably the worst team ever to make it to the Finals. The Pistons just plain choked to allow Cleveland to win.
this I agree with, thanks to the disapeering act by prince and the I don't post up at ude wallace had teh pistons played their way right out of winning that series.

I just don't think it will be a sweep. Not because our guys aren't focused, not because they feel nice and want to give one away . . . I just don't see it happening.
Which is NOT to say I wouldn't welcome it with open arms. Just that I think Cavs pick up game 3.
