Duncan and Ginobili
The Spurs have a ton players right now that have won championships and have also been with the team for years.
Who gets your vote to have their number retired and why?
Bowen should be in the discussion.
Duncan, Ginobili and probably Parker.
I would LOVE to retire Bowen's jersey too.
Robert Horry should probably have his jersey retired by either the Lakers or Rockets. If neither of them opt to do so for him then we could consider him as well.
Other than that I think James White should get his retired. Apparently the guy is our savior this year (as per many many Spurs fans) and we didn't even know it.![]()
Tim, Tony, Manu and Bruce.
Why? They've been the constants in 2 and soon to be 3 les.
Why not Bowen?
should we retire finleys number to rub one in cubans face?
since the heat retired jordans number for no apparent reason
Duncan
Parker
Ginobili
Bowen
are locks.
If Horry keeps playing, then maybe we should consider him too...
how about beno? his going to get 2 rings for doing jack .....
![]()
forgot about him. He deserves it too.
The magnets. Without Beno providing those crucial magnets, Gino doesn't get that 4 point play.
I think Beno is dealing to Parker now.
And let's not forget his resume of women of San Antonio.
So, Beno is the local dealer, eh?
What is this resume of SA women subject? Is Beno a player?
Beno has allegedly nailed a ton of women in SA.
Supposedly he's a player among the women of SA. Get's loads of ass at any club he goes to. I've heard this, but I can't remember from where.
you talkn about all those guys on his myspace?
LANCE![]()
Duncan, Parker, Ginobili, and Bowen are a lock.
Sometime later, they'll need to put up something for Pop, too. What do you put up for retired coaches?
They need a statue of Pop at one entrance and then a separate statue of Duncan and Robinson at another entrace to the AT&T center. That would be great.
A statue
name the court after him.
Popovitch Court
i want a statue of the spurs greatest players to rep this team....
Tim, Tony, Manu and Bruce!!!
Duncan is a lock. Considering Bowen is considered the best perimeter defender in the league, and has been HUGE for the Spurs in their championships, it's difficult to say that he doesn't deserve it. If Manu and le Pinceau play out their contracts with the Spurs, that would give them about a decade on this team, which is being considered a dynasty now. If they win it all this year, that makes 3 les, with maybe one or two more legit chances. It's hard to not retire their numbers. Horry, as big as he has been for the Spurs, hasn't really played long enough (would be 5 years after next year) with the Spurs, but you never know. You might as well retire them while you can... you never know what's going to happen after Duncan retires.
