Duncan's foul trouble = only way Spurs lose
i'm guessing three between them. 2 on duncan, 1 on bowen.
Duncan's foul trouble = only way Spurs lose
Spurs can also lose if one of the big three doesn't show. No one outside of the big three has done anything at all - literally.
horry - 5 blocks. it's not all about offense.
Would Horry's 5 blocks win the game is Parker scored 7 points? No.
When three players are scoring 85% (whatever) of your points, it is all about offense.
3 on Bowen and 2 on Duncan.
Salvatore is prob there tonight, so we can expect a whistle fest if that happens...
we won by 11. five blocks keeps that margin from being 1 or worse. defense wins...hopefully.
You won by 11 because Parker went off.
If Parker doesn't go off you're never up 30 points, and the game is entirely different.
the whole team fouls out in the 1st quarter.
yeah, and sans those 5 blocks, the game is equally as different. there's no way to say the spurs lose or win with either change, but to say
just isn't so. it takes a team effort on defense and boards, and if the other players bring that, they help.
I hope Dan Crawford refs tonight ... he doesn't make crowd-pleasing calls like some of the others do.
That said, it'll be either Bernie Fryer or Bennett Salvatore as the lead ref tonight
2 on each. They'll have to adjust to however the calls are coming if they hope to win.
i was right. i'm stunned.![]()
But you implied that they wouldn't deserve the calls. Duncan made that second one pretty damned obvious.
the third foul on duncan
i mean, if the NBA is gonna be THAT obvious, why should we even friggen watch?
Lebron forearms bowen to the floor, and duncan gets a foul for putting a hand straight up?
I'm not gonna blame the refs. That's something Suns/Mav fans would do.
that was a ty makeup call. oh well.
