    Oh, come one. The league doesn't fix games.

    Which isn't to say that individual refs (Salvatore, Fryer, Bavetta come to mind) can't and don't influence games. But even in that situation, the onus remains on the players to adjust to how the game is called and play their best. That is frequently the problem.

    He'll get to the line, maybe a lot, but if the Spurs play a top level game - it won't matter a bit.

    If the Mavs had worried about executing their own offense a bit more down the stretch of games last year instead of staring in disbelief at some of the call Dwade got, they would have been fine.

    nah Stern loves the Spurs he wouldnt tell the refs to give LeBron all the love against them.

    and anyway this is actually a fair game Cleveland are missing all their wide open shots in the 4th except for that last three.

    Why the would he love the Spurs? We're terrible in terms of media attention and ratings.
