SA Airport
I've come to SA from out of town...major Spurs and especially TD fan...where do fans go to welcome them back from Cleveland? Where do they land? What time? Can/do fans go to greet them?

I forgot the name of that hangar. However, if you go down 281 behind the airport, you will be able to see a lot of cars driving out that way.

if anyone specifically knows where and what time...course i know this depends on the win tonight and the weather...please let me know...i'll keep checking my posting throughout the day and night!
ps. If Bowen plays the same tonight as he did Tues., he should win MVP...ALTHOUGH I would be thrilled again with Tim receiving it again.
Also, I am SO sick of non-Spurs fans, especially in SA, dogging the Spurs. All I can say to them is.......wahhhhh! wahhhh!... tybabies!
When I went to see the Spurs come back from the 3 Finals games in NJ in 03, the Spurs plane was where the 3 jets are in this aeriel photo, and the crowd was on the field S/E of the fence.

Yep, we baked in the sun and oppressive humidity for 2 hours that Saturday midday, then Pop wouldn't let the team come over to fence, saying they had Game6 Sunday afternoon. I was really pissed. A 2 minute walk from the plane to the fence and back to the bus wouldn't have hurt anybody.
If the Spurs win Game 4, they won't be back until sometime mid-day on Friday, I would think.
If you can find a flight tracker, you can probably just check for scheduled flights between Cleveland and San Antonio -- I think the airline is Champion Air or something like that.
Sandu rd. is where their hanger is at. I don't think you'll miss it especially with all the spurs fans there. The poster efrem is usually good at tracking their e.t.a..
