Damn, how is Andrei Kirilenko averaging 4 and a half blocks per game?

He's a beast. If he keeps this up the whole season.....can you say defensive player of the year?

i know ginobili has a shot but they always pick the top blockers.

plus, 4 and a half per game, thats outrageous, ive never seen something liek that in a while.

you notice how the biggest blockers arent always the tallest,

example: AK-47 , Theo Ratliff , Big Ben Wallace

His own coach says that he gets most of them from behind...after being beaten defensively. The question is, how many times does he NOT get the block, and his man scores a layup.

Jesus, that one quote of Sloan's is being abused by everyone.

People need to actually watch the Jazz when he comes back.

The vast majority of his blocks come from weak side help, so he's not the one being beaten.

He doesn't get beaten defensively any more than other All-NBA Defenders. He's just able to get back and make a second effort on the shot. Which is good, because he doesn't have a reliable shot blocking presence backing him up in the paint.
