I'd like to say youre full of , but as weak as this is, it's still a better take than anyone else has brought in awhile. We could beat a lot of teams during this 9 year run, but we couldnt seem to get passed that damn team. (.4)

The Showtime Lakers basically own everyone. Spurs are about as great a team you are going to see over a nine year span with the way expansion is in todays game.

With the luxury tax there won't likely be anybody who can amass the talent that the old Celtics and Lakers had unless a Cuban, Paul Allen or Dolan is willing to empty the vault. Success going forward will have to be measured with a different scale.

False...Threepeat Lakers > Bird Celtics, and that's who we had to contend with.
