This guy has made more for the NBA than anyone else in France.
Former US player who played in several french teams before becoming an analyst and announcer.
All the french players who are in the NBA, including TP, and all the fans from the late 80's to now, grew up listening to this man making the show on Canal + and bringing all the US basketball expressions (Coast to coast ! , In your face, ! Get back baby ! , In the zone ! , Money time !... and several on his own: ouh la la la la la ! ; c'est pas possible !)
He's a great part of NBA's success here despite a paying and crypted channel coverage.
He also became a local specialist (european champs, euroleague, national teams) and is a very respexted specialist.
He's also making some scouting for NBA teams.

Funny thing for me in that pic is that I was sitting just a few rows up from where that picture was taken that night and you can see dave14 exactly on the right side of your head!

i had interwiew with the nba tv but i never saw them..
the picture with rc buffors was in france, @ bercy, paris for the preseason game macabi tel aviv vs spurs...
my story:
i saw the first game in live on canal plus with george eddy as speaker, then at the end of the game (it was 6.00 am!!) i take a shower, my luggages and go to the airport for the game 2..i flew 9.30 hours, i landed in Houston airport, i rent a car, i drive to san antonio, my motel was the days inn AT&T center, not far from the AT&T center!!
i arrived on friday 8th and came back to france on monday 11th june..;i was only @ san antonio for the game 2..i am a spurs fan since 1993, my all time favorite player is David Robinson and now Tim Duncan, i like TP but i always played as a center..so..no tear drop for me but a lot of post mooves and my big ass break some another center in piece...;-)
i really enjoyed, even canal plus shooted me, i will post the video soon!!, can you find me the one with the NBA TV..i sayd to the camera just after watching the big poster of TP in front of the AT&T center "Thats my guy, i saw the game 1 in france, then i take a plane to be here @ san antonio for the game 2!!!"

VERY cool that you had the opportunity to come to the US to see the SPURS play in Game 2!! Congratulations and I do hope you enjoyed your stay.. Maybe next time you can stay a little longer ...Thanks for posting the pictures .. They are even enjoyable to those of us who live in San Antonio ..
As for the ticket, I would telephone the number on the ticket and just pay it ..
