Last I remember there were discussions about Russia, but I don't remember anything concrete.

I think the Spurs have exhausted their foreign training camp quota for the time being. '07-08 training camp will most likely take place in San Antonio.
Unless Pop goes old school and has training camp in a boarded up high school gym in New Braunfels.
I think 07-08 is supposed to be in SA however, 08-09 is supposed to be somewhere in South America. Bonner is going with the NBA Cares Basketball without Borders program to Brazil and Gino was teasing him about going back down there year after next. Oberto and him were teaching Matt some Spanish and Portuguese the last couple months of the season.

Yeah, that's what I think they said last year.
07-08 will most probably be in San Antonio; because I know someone who is doing some sports psychology research with the team during training camp. Since camp is during the semester there would be no way he could make it to Russia/Argentina/Antartica.
