Now what is ironic about the quiz is I came in as a hardcore conservative with a 10% personal score and 84% economic score. The questions however put me there.

At the beginning of the question page, select "Presidential Candidates." It's the first of the two links I supplied. You need to then answer the 20 questions.

Now I should have pointed out something. You should click on each question for what it means for the test. It will help clarify how you should respond to the questions.

As for the chart, after you "Score Quiz" at the bottom, you can select "Political Philosophy" at the top and "Score Quiz" again.

I did that and my results had all of the 2004 Candidates. Supposedly I should vote for John Kerry.

I’m as bad as many about taking my own advice. I took the time a read every link associated with the 20 questions and took the quiz again. I was surprised how some questions meant a far different thing than what I though they meant the first time around. My new results says I’m a “Populist-Leaning Conservative.” My new score is:

Now what I disagree with this quiz on is how it calculates the personal score. The questions are based in government affirmative actions and the likes. It sates in “Personal Score”:

Personal Score

This measures how much you believe government should intervene in people's personal lives. Personal issues include health, love, recreation, prayer and other activities that are not measured in dollars.

A high score (above 60%) means you believe in tolerance for different people and lifestyles.

A low score (below 40%) means you believe that your standards of morality & safety should be enforced by government.

It’s not that I believe my standards should be enforce, quite the opposite. I simply do not believe other peoples standards should be elevated above anyone else’s by the government!

I actually have a very high tolerance for others, I just don't believe in legislation to create protected classes!
