I'm sick as a dog right now, but I'm planning on seeing it tomorrow.
I just got back from seeing it and I thought it did okay for a pg-13. I am sorry but I am still pissed off that it got a pg-13 rating. Anyone who is a die hard fanatic expects cussing (especially the saying yippee ki yay mother er) and strong violence. I thought it would be total but it ended up entertaining me still. I am somewhat upset that the yippee part cut off with a gun shot but that is the MPAA rules. Anyone else see this flick?

i made a thread about this 3 months ago, closed
I'd like to see it but i've not gotten around to it. I love the "Die Hard" franchise.
are you ing serious it doesnt say yippe kay ya yay mother er??? those sons of es the pg 13 rating on this piece of , im not even gonna watch the ing movie now...stupid mpaa!!
I think they did make an R rated version here's hoping they release it on dvd
I hope they do too.
Not the same without the violence and cussing. Ill wait for the DVD, thanks for the heads up.
No reason to close it. Your thread was made 3 months ago while mine was made the day the movie came out!![]()
No he does say it but you have to listen very very closley to hear the er in er. It isnt MPAA, it is Fox! These same ing turds rated AVP pg-13 as well. For a pg-13 movie it wasnt as ty as I thought it would be. I would have preferred R tho.
Yeah now they are trying to redeem themselves with an R rated AVP 2,

Yippie Kai Ay Yay Yah Mother er.
I saw the movie today and thought it was good. If you like any of the other 3 Die Hard's then there's nothing not to like here. It still has the violence - plenty of ers bite the bullet. I'm actually surprised it got a PG-13 for as violent as it was - only in American do people cringe at the thought of their 8 yr. old saying or seeing any nudity, but they let them watch people getting killed and mauled in all sorts of grotesque ways all the while maintaining smile on their face. I love this country, but our society as a whole has completely backwards values.

tell his ass
I loved it.
Thought it was the 2nd best DH, hands down.
He did say mother er, plain as day.
Justin Long was great in his role and the chemistry betw he and Bruce was palpable, it reminded me of Lethal Weapon's chemistry betw Mel and Danny....it worked.
I will see it again on DVD, not 15 times like the first one, but it is worth another look.
That is what I have been hearing that Justin Long has a lot of charisma in this which was a little surprising to hear but then again he can't be as bad as Shia LabeoufJustin Long was great in his role and the chemistry betw he and Bruce was palpable, it reminded me of Lethal Weapon's chemistry betw Mel and Danny....it worked.
Saw it yesterday. It was a lot better than what I thought it was gonna be. The apartment shootout was by far my favorite scene along with the ending.
I'd rank the 4 films like this: DH 1, DH 3, DH4, and DH2.
I miss these types of shoot um up action movies nowadays everything has a ridiculously huge amount of CGI *cough* Transformers *cough*
It was great, my second favorite Die Hard, the action was freakin sick, I really couldnt believe it was pg-13, if I hadnt known, I would have thought it was R
