P.J. went onto talk about the long process getting into this position working with General Manager Sam Presti and team owner Clay Bennett. P.J. also talked about his new coaching style gained from the last 7 year learning process working television and being an Assistant Coach. He gave his take on the Sonics #2 NBA 2007 draft pick Kevin Durant and what he expects to get out of him on and off the floor.
