I came across a recent piece of legislation that I have not heard of being debated until now. I have not yet read enough for comprehending this bill, but I am su ious as its sponsor is Maxine Waters. I am apprehensive about any welfare legislation sponsored by democrats. We already give away too much money and benefits to people who are too lazy to work.

Anyone care to take a look-see at this bill and offer an opinion? I will read it in the next day or two myself.
