All these singers' voices make me want to kill myself.
I don't listen to much modern rock... But I'd probably say Maynard, the guys from System of a Down, and Jenny Lewis.
Probably not the best, but nobody has been able to emulate Thom Yorke's Creep performance. It's pretty impressive.
