In all honesty I'm not sure what he was asking (the words are just sort of thrown together) that's why my answer is this:
"What are you saying? Are you lost little boy? I do not understand a word you're saying! I'll help you find your parents if you wish. You're saying your dad's name is Nesterovich? Don't worry we'll find him."
