Beno is in his contract year, he will come trough. Just to get a new contract (remember Spurs training camp in 04 and his performance against Mavs last summer?). And then he will be traded before ASG.

Boykins is not Spurs material. Dribbles too much and doesn't get others involved on offense. Poor D as well. And a midget.
A lot of people here hate Vaughn - a PG who actually plays defense and passes the ball. I can't even imagine how many hate threads would surface if Boykins was picked up and got PT.

Man are we getting desperate. lol We can't just sign anybody. I think the Spurs are just going to go with what we they have this season, maybe sign a few stop gap FA's during the season, and next season when the REAL FA's are available you are going to see the FO make some good pickups. I maybe see and Brand type player.
Spurs will be screwed this coming season if we fail to make a move. we are getting older and really with other teams like rockets making upgrades it's hard to imagine seeing spurs winning ever again unless they sign some guy who is at least young ish.
