The track gives me a bigger hard on than the cars. BMW is lookin good though.

IMO the most interesting are:
Lexus supercar
Aston Martin always as incredible looking
Bmw 1 series. finally a cheap BMW!

But who would want to own a BMW 1 series? Kiddos could trick 'em out I suppose.
"Hey guys, I bought a BMW 1 series...let's check it out!"
"I also bought the wifey this kick-ass cubic zirconia!"
My husband (who's car is in those pictures), really likes the 1 series. Speed wise, it's very quick.
If cars give you boners, you weirdos might be in the market for this:

Head to the jeweler as fast as that 1 series can take you!!!
He says that now, but then he'll drive it and be disappointed like he was with the M3
It's probably a cool car to sport around in every so often. If he's just adding it to the corral I'm sure he'll like driving it from time to time. If it's the main vehicle though...ehhh..... it just seems to cry out "I'm 19 years old...check out my kick-ass ride!"
He thought of that too!![]()
you might think that but that will not be the case.
old ppl are even buying the 2 cars honda element and toyota matrix which were aimed at kids. not to mention in europe most 1 series owners are old ppl.
IMO ppl all ages who can't afford 3 series will but this one. and this one might be actually better value
The 1 series is about the size of a 3-series from the early-90s, thus satisfying the anal-retentive BMW driving-purist pricks who lament the excessive size, space, and weight of the current 3.
You must remember there are different kinds of BMW pricks. While badge-snobbery pricks may turn up their noses at the 1, driving-purist pricks just about demand it. That explains why the only trim levels being sold in the U.S. are the 128i and 135i, offering the exact same powertrain choices as the larger 3.
Badge-snobbery pricks should realize the cows are already out of the barn with regard to exclusivity. With the strong resale value of the 3, lowly middle-class people already can afford to lease them.
I like both. what kind of prick does that make me?
I'll just stick to my AMC Gremlin.
do you have either?
I'm gonna hop in my Pinto and meet you later![]()
I like the idea of the 1, but not the execution. That car looks like a Daewoo or Toyota Echo that somebody tricked out aftermarket with a BMW grille.
Awful.
the new maserati, alfa, and m3.
great pics
with the twin turbo inline 6 that produces 300hp, (same engine that's in a 3 series) and a 0-60 in 5.3 seconds.....i'd say she'd get there pretty fast.
if prices reasonable enough... i might get one.
I think they're gonna be in the $30k range
Then you may well buy a 3 series. That's what we paid for our 3 series in 2002. Usually the series number corresponds very roughly to the starting price. 3 series starts around 30K; 5 series starts around 50K, etc... I would have thought the 1 series would start around 19-20k
I think she meant the 1 series w/300hp will be around 30k. but the entry level 1 series will probably be in low 20s.
the 300hp 3 series is aound low 40k so it makes sense.
