That performance, IMO was the best individual effort in last min in NBA history....TMac was simply awesome. 13 pts in last 39 secs on 4-4 shooting from downtown.....UNBELIEVABLE!

You have obviously never heard of a guy named Reggie Miller on a team called the Pacers, against a team called the Knicks.

That was only 2 made shots and 2 FTs, this was more spectacular...and timvp, this will be remembered , I will tell you that.

    BOOOOL-SHEEYAT!

From now on, whenever the Spurs are up big and I see them start to turn it off, I'm gonna be yelling, "Hey, is that T-Mac checking into the game?" at the screen.

This was 13 points in 35 seconds.

Reggie was 8 points in 9 seconds, in the playoffs.

This was how Plano East SHOULD have beaten Tyler John Tyler.

up 16 with 13 minutes to play in game 6 of the Western Finals.
Scoring 8 points in the 4th quarter of a do or die game.

    Now THATS a collapse.

Is that the game where the radio play-by-play guy says he's going to throw up when watching the kickoff return?

Reggie Miller's comeback was more spectacular. Plus, it was in the face of e Lee to boot.

Playoffs v. Regular Season. It's no contest. Now if TMac did this to clinch a playoff series...well then I'd still give the nod to Reggie's performance, but just barely.

Miller hands down. In the playoffs, on perhaps the most hostile court anywhere, against what really was a very good Knicks team. Oh yeah, and e's a little .

This was bigger. 25+ points in a quarter is impressive but if someone scored 5 points in 1.4 seconds, that would be even more impressive. The game was over. Just hold onto the ball, get fouled, , even hit half your free throws. Play SMART defense, not fouling. That's all. Tmac didn't single handly win this game. How many bonehead plays did the spurs pull down the stretch????

can't even pin this on FT's. Spurs were 23-26. It was hot shooting by McGrady and lack of execution on the Spurs. All Devin had to do at the end was just stand there and protect the ball. Although I still think that four point play was crap. I have never liked it when players jump into a defender to draw a foul. IMO, that is totally chicken- . I know, I know, Ginobili does it as much as anyone else....still pisses me off!

My point is that just getting fouled and going 50% from the line in the last minute you still have an easy win. Duncan's foul IMO was the biggest idiotic move. Stuff like that happans but its usually rookies or inexp. players pulling boneheads like that.

Tim had 1 horrible mistake in each crunch time.

Agains SEA, he didn't switch onto Ray, left him open when Ray hit his dagger 3 (off the glass).

So against HOU, he goes to the opposite extreme and goes aggressive on Tracy, gets faked off his feet and into Tracy as Tracy hits a 3.

How about Billy McKinney of the Pacers, down by nine, beating us in the ABA with 10 points in seven seconds? That was pretty amazing.

Of course it helped that we had Swen Nater bringing in the ball and turning it over.
