Most Suns fans would root for Bin Laden if he were the coach. They aren't proud.
I was telling a friend of mine (who was teasing me about the Spurs/Suns series) about an instance during a game this season versus the Suns (I'm almost certain it was during the regular season) where Bowen was going up for one of his trademark threes. It just happened that he was near the Suns bench - not quite in the corner, but along the sideline - and as he went up, D'Antoni was inches from him, yelling at him (without even trying to be coy about it) as he went up in an attempt to throw off Bowen's shot. I realize that there is no rule against it and I've seen it before from the 12th man on the bench, but NEVER from a head coach. I lost what little respect that I did have for D'Antoni at that very moment. I know that there are some reasonable Suns fans out there (I'm sure of it) who would find this embarassing as well. Did anyone else notice this? I will be eternally grateful to anyone that can help me find a video or pic displaying the childish act. Thanks in advance.

I believe your talkin about gave 5, right? all game the SPURS are behind and then Bruce hits the go ahead 3 and spurs go up 3-2. I saw the same thing. Bruce hit that with the WhOLE bench trying throw him off

Although that was a GREAT shot, that is not the one I'm referring to. That clip shows members of the Suns bench doing it, but the one that I'm trying to find is D'Antoni doing it. As I said, I believe that it was during the regular season (I know that it was this year) and it must have been in Phoenix because the Suns team was sitting to the left of the scorer's table. D'Antoni was standing literally inches away from Bowen and began to yell at him just as the trainer (or whomever that was in street clothes) in that youtube link was doing. I certainly hope that I can get my hands on that clip, but I appreciate the clip already posted also - MAN that makes me feel warm inside!

Thanks, but that is still not the one. I'm 99% positive it happened in the regular season, and you wouldn't have to watch it closely to notice it. I appreciate the efforts thus far.

It was the 3rd meeting between spurs and suns during the regular season and spurs were up 4 and bowen missed a 3 with 1:34 to go and it was Ivaroni pretending to run at bowen and yelling at him. I don't have the clip (don't know how to make them) but I got the whole game.
Pretty sure it was in Game 5 of the Phoenix series, @ Phoenix. Bruce hits a 3 with just over 30 seconds left right in front of the PHX bench...
