What are the chances....
Unreal !!! all this time I've been jealous of you San Antonians who get the opportunity to see Spurs players in SA ...
I've never been in SA, and I didn't expect to se a Spur in Montreal on a Friday night.
I was walking with two friends on the bars and clubs filled St-Laurent boulevard, when I bumped into a big guy ; it was the Red Rocket ! (by the way, he is much stronger than me, so he barely felt the bumping ) ; I look at the guy, and I'm like : "no way"
My second observation : " damn, he is really tall "
I didn't talk to him, I guess he didn't want to be disturbed on a night out ; I guess nobody here knew who he was, Montreal being an NHL city, and Bonner being so low-key ; of course, he wasn't really dressed up. I'm sure he would have been really surprised if somebody here recognized him in MTL.

Crossing into canada used to be as easy as skipping class, now its like survivor. And I'm talking regular crossings. Even the rural crossings are like survivor. He went there to smoke chiba. CBF guarantee right there.

Hearing a lot of stories about Bonner partying at bars. Glad to see he is so focused on training, conditioning and shooting after signing that $9 million contract.

Uh are you sure? He was at UMass yesterday with his brother playing against their team and working out. And he's leaving for Sao Paulo, Brazil for the NBA Cares program tomorrow evening or Monday morning. Not sure he would be flying to Montreal to party. Doesn't sound like him. Before he leaves, he usually is spending time with his family and friends. Not saying you didn't see him in Montreal but doesn't add up. You sure you didn't see Brian Scabaline?

I'm 100 % sure it was him ; Montreal is like a one hour flight from Massachussets (we have plenty of Bostonians who come here to drink because they are under 21) , so I'm sure he had the time to come here after working out .
He wasn't alone yesterday, and maybe he was with his bother.

You should have trashed him this time because the Matt Bonner experiment clearly failed.
He was probably in Montreal because of the highly publicized free Arcade Fire concert.

I actually met and talked to Matty before a Spurs game. Very personable guy.
No, I did not tell him I preferred if he would still be in Toronto
