I've always thought star rankings were bogus.

I notice that mack brown being a great recruit, still will nab those 2 and 1 star players if he sees they fit.

The kid looks to have a good arm, looked accurate for a HS QB - if he keeps his head on straight and gets good coaching he could probably become a damn good player. Looks like a very good pick up.
