Who likes barbacoa? I personally like it but whenever I'm eating it I try not to think what part of the cow I am eating.

Barbacoa tacos on Sundays are great, but I only do that every once in awhile, as I can feel my arteries clogging just by ordering them.

i'm only down with the barbacoa tacos you can get in Mexico. I have not been to one place on this side of the border who doesn't make disgusting barbacoa tacos. Come to think of it, i've only found like two places who make decent Al Pastor as well... why is it so hard to make good tacos in america?
