The Six Flags parks tend to "rotate out" the rides that don't get much use to the other theme parks...kinda a change of scenery... without having to spend a whole lot of

Batman might be out and Mickey Mouse might be in.

Rumor is that Six Flags in losing lots of money and Disney might be purchasing Fiesta Texas. There is a thread on the city-data forum about it.

A Disney park would be awesome... it would make my vengeance against the mouse so much easier to achieve.

I've never heard that rumor. What city-data forum? I know Disney was suppose to build a park here, but that got shot down.

And no, I'm not a spy, someone else took those pictures.

Actually Fiesta Texas is one of the most successful parks in the Six Flags system. I have heard nothing about Disney buying it.

As to the ride, it is the one ride that survived Katrina. That park shut down- needless to say. The parts to the ride are now there at Fiesta Texas.

Fiesta Texas is too land-locked for Disney.

    ghetto? how do you figure?

It seems fine to me. Maybe it is just the mix of Los angeles people who go there, but I think its rather fine most of the time. I have a season pass and go once every two months or so.

Tatsu is bad-ass. Best ride I have been on hands down. Almosts feel like flying especially if you get Row 1.

I went to that Six Flags right before Katrina and got on that Batman ride. Its pretty good. That park was pretty new as far I knew. Too bad it went down like that.

their legs aren't dangled, the people bodies are angled totally horizontally and their face is looking out at the ride like a bird.

Well, admittedly, I haven't been in a few years. When I was in junior high and high school my friends and I went all the time (I was the only "nerd" who liked Disneyland, so got overruled) and it was just dirty, run down and full of thugs.
