I dont know but I ing Love it.
LMFAO @ gagne.
I'm so glad the Yankees didnt trade Kennedy, Hughes, Joba, and/or Melky to get him.
Good stuff.
Opponents hitting .400+ and 8 ER in 11 innings as a Red Sox? What happened to him?
I say it's the set-up role. Most of the runs in he gave up in Texas were when the game wasn't tight and he had a cushion, I think this guy needs to work with the game on the line in the 9th to be effective. The the opposite of A-Rod... sucks when there's no pressure and dominates when the pressure is on.

It's a different type of pressure being on a contending team, once he isn't used to. I think he will settle in. It's still the AL, so it's not like he hasn't seen at least some of these guys before. I am sure when he starts hitting his pitches again he will be fine.
I also hope the Rangers can re-sign him in the offseason. This implosion might actually help bring his value down, though you never know with an agent like Scott Boras.
He doesn't want to play in Boston and probably isn't comfortable doing so. The pitcher we got in exchange for him wasn't too thrilled about the deal either. Gagne said many times that he wanted to stay in Texas and he played extremely well here. Like Melmart said i'm hoping we snag him back in the offseason.
You can have his sorry ass.
