Best hangover preventer is 2 aspirin (actual aspirin) and 2 multi-vitamins before retiring for the evening. Of course you have to be sober enough to remember to do that... but I haven't had a hangover since college since I found this remedy.

anything super greasy to soak it up works well. I go with greasy breakfast tacos. But, I usually take care of my hangover before it actually becomes a hang-over. But there was that one time....

I've heard water can help, both while drinking and the next day.
Lots and lots of water will help your body flush it out.
The Taco Cabana method always worked for me. 3 Bean and Cheese tacos before shutting down usually works. Also 3 Excedrine tabs before bed, but sometimes that leaves you with a bit of a sour stomach in the am.
The cure I've found that for me is absolutely foolproof is 2 multi-vitamins at some point during my drinking binge. Usually at the beginning, because otherwise I forget. Never had a problem since I started that.

I haven't had a hangover in years, but all I ever did was lay in bed, moan quietly and drink lots of water.

Aren't hangovers just due to dehydration...hence the head and body aches...if that being the case...take some Tylenol or Advil...and start lapping up as much water as possible..
Tylenol is bad because it's made from acetominaphine. Acetominaphine is bad for your liver, therefore you compound that damage to your liver by taking Tylenol after you drink.
Trust me on that.

im using the old school mexican method.........SPRITE cures everything. Im moving on to the Vicks on the feet soon.
