Type in your address and it will give you a map of home and work locations of all your friendly local registered sex offenders. Much to my horror I have discovered that a registered child sex offender has parked his ass in a home about two streets over from my kids' elementary school.

I'm totally shocked that there seems to be huge clusters of offenders in the lower income areas.

Yes this is true. It's considered exposure. My wife is a Registered Sex Offender Treatment Provider. She used to, doesnt at the current time, counsel sex offenders as her job.
She has the worst of the worst (guys who rape their kids and their grand kids) to the guy who got busted at 19 ing his 16 year old girlfriend who is now his wife at age 40....yes he is also a sex offender and has to register and be on that list.
its crazy, i agree we need to keep watch of the bad ones, but there needs to be more distinction.
