Air
Balligomingo
Bent
Chemical Brothers
Deep Dish
FC Kahuna
Goldfrapp
Groove Armada
Nine Inch Nails
Prodigy
Most of them I jus have one or two songs that are rally uptempo. I have a lot of mellow songs too.
weights/cardio training-Norma Jean, Killswitch Engage, anything heavy
jiu jitsu training-I prefer reggae
Snap Your Fingers, Snap Your Neck on repeat....
how can you work out to mellow?
A lot of the groups I listed have both type of songs. I just put my phone on shuffle and if it's too mellow, I go to the next song.
Besides, I wear a heart rate monitor, so I know where my heart rate needs to be regardless of the song's tempo.
she's not roid raging?
