I've never called for Pop to be fired because he's easily the best out there, even though he does make mistakes from time to time. The guy's human. Besides, every time you get the "Pop must go" thought in your head you need to think of the alternative, like say JVG or D'Antoni coaching this team. That'll straighten your ass up quick, sobering thought.


I'm sure the threads will all start up again once the 2008 season starts and the Spurs start their usual coast to preserve energy and freshness for the playoffs. They'll blow a few games to the likes of the Bucks or Bobcats, and some idiot with only a short term memory will spout off like a giant ass. It's inevitable.
